Executive Chef Derek Dollar’s Farm-Fresh Fare Now Available for Easy Pick Up

 

ATLANTA (July 18, 2019) –  Atlantans can now enjoy Milton’s Cuisine & Cocktails’ seed-to-fork fare to go. Executive Chef Derek Dollar’s new Milton’s Gourmet menu features a selection of meals showcasing the bounty of locally sourced produce from Milton’s Acre, the restaurant’s onsite garden.

 

“Whether a busy parent needs dinner on the fly, a family is traveling back into town from vacation or you’re simply craving our delicious Southern fare, Milton’s Gourmet allows our guests to order ahead and stop in to pick up a complete meal to share with family or friends at home or wherever hectic schedules may take them,” explains Dollar.

 

The Milton’s Gourmet menu currently features the following meals:

 

·        Smoked Prime meatloaf with Gouda mashed potatoes, broccolini and tangy meatloaf glaze

 

·        Prime beef Bolognese with fresh pappardelle, mushrooms, spinach and Parmesan, mixed green salad with creamy white balsamic vinaigrette and French bread

 

·        Kentuckyaki pork tenderloin with creamed corn rice grits, fried Brussels sprouts and Kentuckyaki sauce (GF)

 

·        Roasted spring chicken with herb roasted potatoes, tiny green beans and creamy white balsamic vinaigrette (GF)

 

Each meal serves either two ($38) or four ($70) people. Guests may place orders online or via phone (770-817-0161) at least two hours in advance Monday through Sunday. Meals can be picked up between 3-9 p.m. at the host stand.
