GLUTEN-FREE MENU CHOICES ABOUND AT ATLANTA RESTAURANTS
Celiac Awareness Month Shines Light on Celiac Disease and Food Options

ATLANTA (May 7, 2019) – May is Celiac Awareness Month, designed to raise awareness each year about celiac disease, which makes consuming gluten harmful to the small intestine. But people with gluten issues don’t have to wait for May to come around to be able to dine at their favorite establishments—many of Atlanta’s top restaurants cater to the needs of gluten-sensitive guests all year long. These spots all offer many gluten-free menu options, and some provide easy gluten-free swaps and substitutions, as well. Always let your server know about any food allergy or sensitivity when ordering.

5Church Atlanta offers a multitude of gluten-free options, including smoked trout, herb-crusted beef carpaccio, charred octopus, coconut Georgia shrimp, steak salad, grilled hanger steak, Atlantic diver scallops and pork tenderloin. Ask your server about more options. 404-400-3669; 5churchatlanta.com.
