GUSTO! BEGINS SEARCH FOR LOCAL OPERATING PARTNER AT NEW CHAMBLEE RESTAURANT
Atlanta’s Most Flavorful Fast Casual Restaurant Company Looks to Hire
Passionate Leader to Take the Reins of Innovative New Location
ATLANTA (March 13, 2019) – gusto! founder Nate Hybl and director of operations and strategy Richmond Green announce their search for a local operating partner for the Atlanta restaurant brand’s upcoming Chamblee location, which is scheduled to open this fall on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard. A recipient of the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 2018 Pacesetter Award, gusto! is one of the Atlanta metro area’s fastest-growing private companies and already has locations in South Buckhead, Poncey-Highland, Decatur and West Midtown.
“We’re excited to begin the search for an individual who can drive the success of our new Chamblee restaurant,” says Hybl. “As gusto!’s first location with a drive-thru, this outpost represents an exciting development for our growing company, and we’re looking for an ambitious business leader who can focus on the entire guest experience beyond the fresh bowls and wraps we serve.”
Local operating partners are employees of gusto! who are incentivized beyond a yearly salary, empowered as business leaders and charged with driving the success of the new restaurants while also helping create the roadmap for gusto!’s future as the company expands into other regional markets.
The primary objectives of local operating partners are to operate their restaurant at a high degree of excellence, cultivate meaningful relationships within their local community and act as a positive ambassador for the gusto! brand in these communities.
The ideal local operating partner candidate for Chamblee has an entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to think creatively and a proven track record of successfully leading others. In addition, experience at a drive-thru restaurant concept is a must for all applicants.
“It’s not just about the leadership or management experience”, says Green. “We’re looking for people who have a passion for what they’re doing – we like to call it the ‘gusto! spirit.’ Our local operating partners are an extension of our brand culture, and it’s imperative for them to think creatively and connect with the surrounding community beyond just day-to-day operations.”
Those interested in becoming a candidate for the local operating partner program can apply online. For questions or additional information, please contact Richmond Green at firstname.lastname@example.org.
gusto! Chamblee will feature the brand’s bright, modern industrial design along with the brand’s first drive-thru operation, which will include a “co-pilot” outside to assist guests in ordering. The Chamblee restaurant will serve the same menu as the company’s other locations, which brings food to life with freshness and flavor, not fat, and is inspired by both international cuisine and familiar American flavors in the form of fresh bowls and wraps.
