ATLANTA (June 15, 2018) – Beginning June 19, Marlow’s Tavern is featuring a six-week Summer Celebration menu guaranteed to help guests savor the season’s sizzle.


“Some foods, like juicy watermelon, a perfectly grilled steak and melt-in-your-mouth brisket are icons of the summer season,” says executive chef, CEO and co-founder John C. Metz. “Marlow’s is all about celebrating classic American tavern fare year-round, but summer is definitely one of our favorite seasons for fresh ingredients prepared with a chef-inspired twist.”


Summertime features on the limited-time menu include:


-        Watermelon, Feta and Arugula Salad with fresh basil, ginger and balsamic glaze

-        Grilled Kansas City Strip Steak “Hot off the Grill,” tender bone-in KC strip, blazed with Montréal spice and served with twice-baked salt crusted Burbank potato and grilled jumbo asparagus

-        Slow Roast Brisket & Buns a 24-hour-smoked beef brisket sliced thin and slathered with Jack Daniel’s® honey glaze, topped with celery root slaw and crispy tobacco onions on a buttery brioche bun 

-        Watermelon Margarita with Herradura agave nectar, Herradura Reposado tequila, watermelon juice and house-made sweet and sour mix


In other exciting summertime news, members of the Marlow’s Insider Club can come in for a complimentary Red, White and Brew Burger on July 4. These cooked-to-order burgers are seasoned perfectly and topped with blue cheese, caramelized onions and red peppers then piled onto a toasted sesame brioche bun and served with all-American fries.
