Every Day is a Cinco de Mayo-style Celebration with $5 Bar Menu and
Tasty FlexMex Additions to Menu and Taco Tuesday Lineup

 

ATLANTA (May 23, 2018) – Cinco de Mayo may be over, but at Tin Lizzy’s Cantina the spirit of great food and good times continues year-round. The neighborhood cantina has just rolled out exciting specials and food options, including $5 bar bites and beverages, enhanced Taco Tuesday selections and a fresh new menu filled with authentic FlexMex favorites.

“Cinco de Mayo was just the start of a whole season of food and fun at Tin Lizzy’s,” says CEO Tory Bartlett. “We’re always working to come up with more reasons for our loyal guests to gather with friends and enjoy great times together. We’ve added some fun new dishes, drinks and specials that we know our guests will come back for again and again.”

First up, Tin Lizzy’s now offers a “Cinco”-themed $5 menu at the bar from 4-6 p.m. every weekday. The menu features $5 munchies like queso blanco, guacamole, taquitos and Buffalo shrimp perfect for sharing with friends. Libations include shorty shots of Patron, Jameson and Grand Marnier, Tito’s & Whatever (Tito’s vodka with mixer of choice), the Cinco-Rita (a traditional margarita made with Cazadores silver tequila) and The O.G. (vodka and Red Bull).

But that’s not all! Guests can also enjoy an updated food menu featuring delicious new starters, entrées and desserts such as the following:

  • Loaded Nachos: Choice of grilled chicken or steak with black beans, Monterey Jack cheese, queso blanco, lettuce, jalapeños, pico de gallo, cilantro, sour cream, guacamole and a side of chile de árbol salsa.
  • Authentic Street Tacos: Three street-style corn tortillas filled with fresh cilantro, chopped onions, fresh lime, chile de árbol salsa and choice of grilled chicken, grilled steak or carnitas. Served with a side of rice and black beans.
  • Grilled Portabello Soft Tacos: With grilled red peppers and onions, lettuce and avocado salsa.
  • Choco Taco or Churros served with chocolate dipping sauce.

Finally, Tacos & Tequila Tuesdays after 2 p.m. features a revamped lineup of $2 tacos including fried fish, the basic chick, chicken con queso, fried chicken and portabello. Even better, wash them down with drink specials like $2 PBR tallboys, $3 Tecate, $4 well margaritas and $5 Patron shots.

Tin Lizzy’s menu showcases a wide range of gourmet soft tacos, shareable dips, fresh salads and signature cast-iron skillets. An extensive list of margaritas, beers and creative cocktails complements the assortment of appetizing and affordable lunch and dinner selections.
