DRIFT FISH HOUSE & OYSTER BAR IS EAST COBB’S NEWEST SPOT FOR SUNDAY BRUNCH
STARTING DEC. 2
Popular Marietta Destination Gets Creative with Seafood Brunch Favorites
ATLANTA (Nov. 29, 2018) – Drift Fish House & Oyster Bar is already Marietta’s go-to seafood restaurant, serving approachable, sustainable fare for lunch and dinner. Starting Dec. 2, it becomes one of the area’s prime draws for Sunday brunch, reeling in diners with stellar starters and inspired takes on brunch favorites.
“Our guests let us know they want a casual neighborhood Sunday brunch spot with the same chef-driven seafood favorites that makes Drift a dependable lunch and dinner destination,” says owner and chef Doug Turbush. “We have had such a positive response from our special holiday pop-up brunches throughout the year, so we’re really excited to make Sunday brunch a regular thing. Our menu features a diverse range of options and flavors that will keep our guests coming back time and again.”
Some highlights of the new brunch menu include:
Smoked salmon pastrami Monte Cristo
Hangtown Hashbrown with fried oysters, poached eggs, 12-hour bacon and hollandaise
Wagyu flank steak & eggs Benedict
Maine lobster Benedict
Drift’s new Sunday brunch menu is available from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., with dinner service beginning right after. And as a result of the recently passed “brunch bill,” guests are now able to enjoy mimosas and other favorite brunch drinks as soon as the restaurant opens.
This news comes on the heels of the restaurant’s recently announced lunch menu, offering area business diners and others a speedy, reasonably priced option for a mid-day bite. In addition, the popular restaurant’s dinner menu has gotten an upgrade, adding features like a fresh market seafood section and simply fried platter options like Pacific oysters, Gulf white shrimp and Ipswich whole belly clams.
