On Monday, Sept. 23, Seed Kitchen & Bar and Albany, Georgia’s Pretoria Fields Collective join for a unique beer dinner experience. Chef Jessica Kim sets forth four courses paired with beverage manager David Peek’s beer selections from Pretoria Fields, a collective of brewers and farmers working together to produce slow beer with ingredients grown in Georgia soil. An ambassador from Pretoria Fields will be available to talk about the evening’s beer selections. The 6:30 p.m. dinner takes place at Stem Wine Bar, and cost is $79 per person (plus service fee).
