Agency Launches New Brunch Menu with Southern Flair

In the spirit of mimosas and brunch dates, Agency Restaurant & Bar is unveiling a weekend brunch menu on July 13 that boasts Southern favorites and traditional brunch dishes with a modern twist. New items from culinary director Jeffrey Gardner include warm banana bread with whipped cinnamon butter and dulce de leche; a Congaree Milling Co. grits bowl with poached eggs, cheddar, bacon, tomato relish and crispy potatoes; and buttermilk fried chicken with cheddar drop biscuits and green tomato chowchow. Swing by the Phipps Plaza restaurant Saturdays and Sundays starting at 11 a.m. for pre-shopping fuel.
