Seeking an energetic, outgoing, well-organized and driven client services manager. We are looking for a go-getter personality and someone who can tackle any task, big or small. In this role, you would work closely with the clients and our communications teams to create and implement PR strategies for clients. 


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as client point person on assigned accounts, juggling multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Build and develop positive relationships with clients.

  • Daily client interaction to update, report on and discuss media relations, community outreach and PR strategies.

  • Develop, execute and advise on PR strategies and collaboratively develop strategic goals.

  • Oversee client events and launches, managing budgets and timetables.

  • Collaborate with communications team to create and develop proactive pitch ideas for clients based on current trends and initiatives.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop strategic/creative pitches, promotions and event ideas for clients.

  • Monitor media for client coverage and future opportunities.



  • Bachelor’s degree in public relations, journalism, communications, marketing or other related discipline.

  • One (1) to three (3) years public relations, communications, marketing or event management experience preferred.

  • PC skills, knowledge and proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Excellent project management, client service and team-building skills.

  • Excellent written, verbal communication, organizational and time management skills.

  • Must possess ability to organize, plan daily activities and demonstrate initiative with minimal supervision and to complete projects under pressure of deadlines.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and effectively with a variety of professionals at all levels within the organization as well as with clients, media and community members.

  • Ability to work with a team and colleagues to execute events.

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task while maintaining accuracy.

  • Basic knowledge of public and community relations strategies and tactics.

  • Previous experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry appreciated.
