Chef Scott Hemmerly’s enticing five-course menu is expertly paired with selections from Ray’s sommelier Miles Wooden. Menu highlights include seafood ceviche, king salmon “bacon” and clove-spiced lamb loin. According to Wooden, "High altitude and rich rocky soil in the Andes Mountains make for gorgeous fruit.
