Up your grill game when Ray’s at Killer Creek executive chef Mike Fuller fires up the Big Green Egg on Saturday, June 29. The cooking demo and tasting runs from 1-3 p.m. and includes a menu of smoked summer lobster roll with sea salt and Tabasco potato chips; beer-brined pork butt with tomatoes and cucumbers; beef short rib and grilled Caesar salad; and dessert of grilled peach with crème fraîche and almond biscotti.
