Red Beard Restaurants chef-owner Kevin Gillespie is excited to announce Brian Baxter as chef de cuisine of Cold Beer, his new beverage-focused sharable plates concept inside the Edge complex. Set to debut in July, the restaurant features multiple patios and overlooks the Atlanta BeltLine. Formerly chef de cuisine at Husk in Nashville, Baxter is a nationally lauded chef and a 2016 Forbes magazine “Food & Drink 30 Under 30” honoree. At Cold Beer, he will prepare creative, locally sourced and ever-evolving sharable plates.
