Everyone’s favorite aphrodisiac is the topic of discussion on April 27 at Drift Fish House & Oyster Bar. The East Cobb restaurant is hosting Oyster 101 for guests who want to discover the world of oysters, learn to shuck like a pro and prepare them at home and discuss oyster “merroir.” From oyster farming to oyster flavor profiles to oyster etiquette, Drift chefs will cover it all. The class is $50 and includes a tasting of six raw oyster varieties and a glass of sparkling wine. Tickets are available online. Drift also is shelling out delicious specials on oysters and bubbly every Shuckin' Tuesday in April starting at 3 p.m., so plan to drop anchor.
