The arrival of warmer temps means new cocktails and dishes are cropping up at Babalu® starting with refreshing, seasonal sippers like the lavender citrus spritzer, a blood orange PAMA margarita and the cucumber forward Sally O’Malley. New entrée additions include a Latin-inspired take on shrimp & grits featuring chorizo and creamy chihuahua cheese grits; the Baba Burger® with roasted roma tomato, caramelized onions, avocado, white cheddar, smoked bacon and chipotle aioli; blackened salmon with sweet chili glaze on a bed of cilantro pepita rice and haricot verts; and churrasco steak with fresh-made chimichurri and rösti potatoes.
