During lunch and dinner at Ray’s on the River, pry into Panacea oysters, meaty and with a perfect balance of salty and sweet. These beauties, served on the half shell by the dozen (MKT Price) and half dozen, are about as local and sustainable as you can get. The chefs at Ray’s at Killer Creek are fanning the love flames with a dinner special of chargrilled oysters topped with blue crab-garlic butter and toasted cracker crumbs ($17). Both specials are available through the end of February.
