For the first time, Marlow’s Tavern’s annual Fall Celebrationwill spotlight iconic Georgia-grown ingredients and include a friendly competition among chefs and bartenders at its 17 metro-Atlanta restaurants. During each phase of the ingredient challenge, chefs and bartenders will be asked to use their imaginations and one ingredient to prepare a new, one-of-a-kind entrée, starter, dessert or cocktail. Guests can anticipate dishes with one of six cheeses from Sweet Grass Dairy in Thomasville, through Sept. 24; crisp Georgia Gala apples from Georgia Apple Company, Sept. 25-Oct. 8; and cream-of-the-crop Georgia pecans from Pearson Farms in Fort Valley, Oct. 9-15.
