Chef Jared Hucks’ culinary journey took him around the world -- to Australia, Thailand, Spain and Denmark -- before returning home to open The Alden in Chamblee just a few miles from where he grew up. Join Hucks as he shares his journey during a Last Monday Supper Series beginning Sept. 24. Each intimate gathering highlights the regions, ingredients and experiences that shaped his career and brought him back to Georgia. The inaugural dinner on Sept. 24 stops in Southeast Asia and features the dishes, cooking techniques, beverages and stories from Hucks’ time there.
