Ahoy, maties! Drift Fish House & Oyster Bar is celebrating National Rum Day on Aug. 16. Guests are invited to drop their anchors at the bar and sip on a special menu of rum cocktails featuring Santa Teresa 1796. Selections include a smoked Old-Fashioned, daiquiri and Queen’s Park Swizzle. Santa Teresa 1796 will make an additional guest appearance for an epic cocktail and food pairing experience during Drift’s Aug. 30 rum dinner hosted by bar manager José Pereiro and chef Doug Turbush. Tickets for the dinner are still available – reel them in before it’s too late!
