Monday through Friday from 11 a.m.-4 p.m., guests can choose from a two-course ($18) or three-course ($23) menu highlighting Bulla’s creative contemporary take on shareable Spanish cuisine. Sounds simple; however, deciding which one dish to select per course will be challenging when they’re all this tempting. First course options include garbanzo frito -- chickpea stew with chorizo and kale; gazpacho Andaluz -- Spanish chilled vegetable soup; ensalada de espinacas -- baby spinach with beets, candied walnuts, arugula and Spanish goat cheese;croquetas de jamón -- serrano ham croquettes with fig jelly; or Caesar salad -- kale topped with serrano-Caesar dressing, manchego and croutons. For the second course, choose pollo al chilindrón -- pan-seared chicken with serrano ham, red pepper stew and steamed rice; pintxoand tostada de aguacate -- cumin-marinated grilled chicken, avocado toast and tomato salad; brioche de verduras -- portobello, piquillos, spinach, caramelized onions, goat cheese, mojo verde and patatas bravas;huevos ‘Bulla’ -- eggs, homemade potato chips, serrano ham, potato foam and truffle oil; salmón with baby spinach, chickpeas and lemon cream; ’Bulla’ burger with piquillo peppers, caramelized onions, tetilla cheese and patatas bravas. Two sweet options await dessert opt-ins:flan de coco -- coconut flan with passion fruit sorbet and churros con chocolate -- traditional fried dough with chocolate sauce and dulce de leche.
