180° Kitchen Grads Compete, Guests Eat at City of Refuge “Dinner in the City” May 12

Talk about a food-ertainment thrill right here in Atlanta, one that helps our own neighbors at City of Refuge. On Saturday, May 12, two teams of graduates from City of Refuge’s 180° Kitchen will face the “Dinner in the City” challenge as they prepare signature dishes and compete to become the 180° Top Team. Chef Alex Cook hosts the evening along with celebrity judges/restaurateurs Ryan Pernice, Steve Palmer and Federico Castellucci III and chef/restaurateur Pat Pascarella. Guests will relish watching the competition and savoring a three-course meal created by the teams and chef Cook. Buy tickets in advance for the 6 p.m. event, $75-$100 per person (also available for patron tables of four to 10 guests). City of Refuge, an Atlanta-based nonprofit organization, focuses on personal and community transformation in Atlanta’s Westside.
