The Alden’s Last Monday Supper Series is closing out the year with holiday fare and a “Tradition Meets Innovation” theme on Dec. 31. Guests can ring in 2019 with oysters and caviar, Hudson Valley foie gras, Maine lobster bisque, peekytoe crab soufflé, beef Wellington and praline soufflé for $150 per person for the six-course meal (wine pairings available for an additional cost).
