Chef Jared Hucks’ The Alden is giving new meaning to boot season by taking guests on a culinary journey to Italy this month. Seatings for the October Last Monday Supper series at his Chamblee restaurant are now available. Roll in at 7 p.m. and learn how to make ravioli, pappardelle and tortellini. Each attendee also gets his or her own Imperia pasta machine to try out newly learned techniques at home. Cost is $125 per person, and spots can be reserved by emailing Jesse Peters at firstname.lastname@example.org.
